Position Summary:

The Program Coordinator, Quality Assurance and Regulatory, Vaccine Development, is responsible for performing various administrative and logistical duties in support of Sabin’s Vaccine Development initiatives.  The Program Coordinator will collaborate with all members of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory team and work closely with various departments in the organization and with Sabin Vaccine Product Development Partners.

Position Summary:

The Communications and Events Intern, Coalition against Typhoid (CaT) Secretariat will serve as a member of the Vaccine and Advocacy Education team assisting with an array of communications, digital media, events planning, logistical and administrative duties in support of two major CaT Secretariat projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for the organization, working closely with the Board of Trustees and Sabin’s President, as well as other members of the Sabin Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.  In addition, the CEO is responsible for providing leadership and operational supervision to members of the Executive Management Team and their programs, as well as to project Directors.  The CEO is tasked with pushing forward Sabin’s key initiatives and facilitating coordination between various programs and departments within the Institute.  This is an exempt position, reporting to Sabin’s Board of Trustees.

Position Summary:

The Manager, Quality Assurance will be responsible for establishing, implementing and ensuring the quality assurances, and interfacing with the regulatory requirements in our vaccine development initiatives.

This position will oversee the Quality Assurance team’s mission, ensuring that vaccines developed are of high quality and all related materials, processes and personnel comply with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.  The Quality Assurance team may also play an advisory role for non-regulated research studies that may support downstream regulated vaccine development.
