Position Title: Program Coordinator
Reports to: Director, Sustainable Immunization Financing

Position Summary:

The Program Coordinator for the Sustainable Immunization Financing (SIF) Program will provide administrative and technical support to the Program, including a team of field-based Senior Program Officers (SPOs).  The Program Coordinator will work under the supervision of the SIF Program Director and coordinate closely with the rest of the SIF Program team.  Responsibilities include: (1) Assist with managing SIF Program information; (2) Compile quarterly SIF Program work plans, calendars and reports; (3) Assist in planning SIF field activities and maintaining SIF Program accounts (monthly financial reports, travel claims); (4) Analyze SIF Program data and produce reports on Program activities and results, and; (5) Provide back-up administrative support to the Sabin Vaccine Institute’s other Vaccine Advocacy and Education programs.

Manager, Quality Assurance, Vaccine Development

Reports to: Deputy Director, Sabin Vaccine Institute Product Development Partnership

Position Summary:

The Manager, Quality Assurance will be responsible for establishing, implementing and ensuring the quality assurances, and interfacing with the regulatory requirements in our vaccine development initiatives.

This position will oversee the Quality Assurance team’s mission, ensuring that vaccines developed are of high quality and all related materials, processes and personnel comply with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities.  The Quality Assurance team may also play an advisory role for non-regulated research studies that may support downstream regulated vaccine development.
