To raise awareness of the leading killer of children under 5 years old, Sabin is helping organize the first annual World Pneumonia Day. As part of a global initiative, World Pneumonia Day will feature several events around the world from a dodgeball tournament in the United States to a national scientific and policy symposium in Bangladesh.
