Kiju deLeon
Chief Financial Officer
Kiju deLeon leads all aspects of the Sabin Vaccine Institute’s accounting operations, including overseeing transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll, budgeting and financial reporting. She works with the accounting team to ensure compliance with grant and contract requirements and with federal, state and local regulations.
Before joining Sabin in 2022, Kiju served in leadership roles in a variety of businesses, including a not-for-profit physician membership organization, a civil/structural engineering firm, and most recently, a large pension fund office. She specializes in process improvements and team building. She is also a member of the AICPA and the MACPA.
