Matthew Osborne-Smith

Matthew Osborne-Smith joined Sabin in 2026 as the Vice President for Resource Development in the Global Immunization Team. He comes with over 20 years of driving growth and impact in global and domestic public health across more than 30 countries and 30 states in the U.S. He brings to Sabin extensive experience in steering strategic and operational alignment, mobilizing resources, leveraging partnerships, and leading complex projects and high-performing teams.

He has a proven track record generating more than $500M in new revenue from government, foundation, and corporate funders and clients and developing new partnerships and ventures. He has managed up to $200M program portfolios with a particular focus on capacity building and sustainable impact. Prior to joining Sabin, he held leadership roles with Community Catalyst, JSI, and Partners In Health.

Matthew holds an MBA in Social Impact from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a BA in Sociology and Economics from University of California, San Diego.
