Noel Decker, MS, PMP, leads Program and Portfolio Management for Research and Development at Sabin Vaccine Institute. In this role, he leads a dedicated team that plans and executes drug development programs in pursuit of Sabin’s mission to advance vaccine access, drive innovation, and extend vaccination coverage to all.
With extensive experience in the biopharma sector, Noel has a proven track record spanning Research, CMC, Clinical, Program and Portfolio Management, and Business Operations. He has successfully advanced multiple vaccine candidates through various stages of development, including licensure, and has established and led numerous cross-functional and governance teams while optimizing business operations for growing organizations. Noel is passionate about advancing vaccines to those in need, with a particular focus on strategic planning, risk management, process and business optimization, and is a champion of organizational health and development.
Noel holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master of Science in Research Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
