To gain a better understanding of the solutions needed to combat stagnating immunization rates around the globe, it is necessary to view immunization in the context of other factors, rather than just look at the rates alone. To this end, Sabin created a dashboard that allows users to visualize and analyze immunization coverage rates from 2019 to 2025.
Sabin’s dashboard integrates data sourced from the World Bank, ND-Gain index, the World Health Organization (WHO), UNICEF, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and others, layered over WUENIC immunization data from 2019 to the latest available numbers.
Our goal is to provide a broader view of the factors impacting immunization in order to better understand what is needed to reach 1 billion children with vaccines by the end of the decade.
If you have any questions or feedback regarding the dashboard, please contact Bilal.Khan@Sabin.org.
The Global Immunization Insights Dashboard is an evolving resource that Sabin Vaccine Institute will continue to enhance through the addition of new data, features, and analyses. All information displayed is derived from publicly available third-party sources and remains the property and responsibility of the original data providers. Users should verify information directly with the cited source before using it for official, policy, regulatory, or decision-making purposes. Page 1: WUENIC Summary
On this page, you can view a summary of DTP and MCV immunization coverage including under-immunized children for each year since 2019.
- Data can be filtered by country, WHO region, income class (i.e., high-income, upper-middle-income, lower-middle-income, low-income), FCV status (i.e. conflict, institutional & social fragility, non-fragile), and/or Gavi eligibility (i.e., non-Gavi, Gavi, Gavi accelerated transition phase, Gavi initial self-financing, Gavi preparatory transition phase)
- Data can be filtered by 2025 selected dropout categories (i.e., DTP1-DTP3, DTP3-MCV1, MCV1-MCV2)
Page 2: Track progress toward the Immunization Agenda 2030 goals
On this page, you can explore whether different countries are on track to meet the WHO Immunization Agenda targets for 2030.
- Select an antigen (i.e., DTP-1, DTP-3, MCV-1, MCV-2) from the dropdown
- Select a country
Page 3: Compare progress across groups
On this page, you can compare immunization coverage progress across different groupings of countries.
- Select an antigen (i.e., DTP-1, DTP-3, MCV-1, MCV-2) from the dropdown
- Select any type of country grouping from the dropdown
- For further filtering after selecting a country grouping, you can select a particular group for e.g., if in the previous step you selected WHO Region, in this step you can select Africa to show the values only for WHO Africa Region
Page 4: Compare HPV vaccination efforts by country with other components of cervical cancer prevention, such as screening, testing, and target populations
On this page, you can learn about each country’s HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening programs.
- Select a country
Page 5: Contextualize country performance according to specific criteria
On this page, you can see which countries met certain immunization-related criteria in 2025 and filter by different country classifications. To view countries that did not meet the criteria, toggle the option in the lower-left corner.
- Select a criteria
- Select a filter
- Toggle countries meeting criteria: Yes or No
Page 6: Examine how a range of indicators correlate to immunization coverage
Data can be filtered by country, WHO region, income class, FCV status, and Gavi eligibility
On this page, you can explore how DTP and MCV coverage is correlated with other country-level characteristics describing their health, human development, climate change preparedness and vulnerability, and economy.
- Use the Antigen Selector to filter data by antigen
- Use the “X Axis Option” to further analyze how climate change, health, human development and economic indicators relate to immunization coverage
